What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve ambiguous, high-impact technical problems where I can shape architecture, evaluate emerging technology, build scalable software, and turn experimental AI concepts into valuable production solutions.

I'm building AI-enabled healthcare solutions on Experian Health's Innovations team, taking ambiguous technical questions from experimentation through architecture and working software. I use Node.js, React, Python, functional programming, and AWS to evaluate and deliver scalable initiatives around healthcare claims and appeals workflows.

Previously at Asurion, I led IVR redesign and cloud deployment architecture, built an agentic AI claims check-in proof of concept that achieved 50% completion success, and developed real-time agent metrics and role-based access systems used across call-center operations. I also mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions.
