I’m looking to develop professionally.

At Majorel (Teleperformance), I work as a Backup team manager for Aliexpress, coaching team members and reviewing individual and team performance.

I also work as a customer service agent for Aliexpress, responding to questions by chat and phone, handling orders and complaints, and coordinating customer needs with other company areas.

At Tía Tula Colegio de Español S.L, I taught English and Spanish to foreign students, planned Spanish teaching programs, assessed student levels, and prepared learners for Cambridge, Oxford, TOEFL, APTIS, Linguaskill, and IELTS exams.

I’ve also taught English for hospitality at Escuela de Hostelería, Ayuntamiento de Santa Marta de Tormes, and taught English at Ayuntamiento de Mozárbez, where I created teaching materials and used Zoom for remote instruction. I’m looking to develop professionally.
