What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote AI training projects where I can apply native Romanian fluency, prompt engineering, Python knowledge, and engineering-domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI responses.

I'm currently engaged with Turing as an AI Quality Analyst (Personalization), evaluating Romanian-language AI outputs and writing defensible response-comparison rationales.

I've designed more than 500 multi-turn prompts across engineering, writing, and analysis tasks. My evaluation work focuses on hallucination detection, grounding failures, and safety issues.

At ALTEN Romania, I worked as a Software Requirements Engineer from November 2022 to March 2024, delivering technical writing and AI-equivalent content evaluation with zero errors over 16 months. I also supported Python-adjacent configuration management through Git and structured data workflows.

I bring civil engineering, HDD, infrastructure, and project management domain knowledge, along with native Romanian and advanced English. I'm Python certified and experienced in prompt engineering, technical writing, and remote freelance delivery.
