What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own office administration and operations, support customers, manage records and schedules, and use AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity—while applying my technical troubleshooting skills and continuing my growth.

I’m a highly organized Administrative and Operations Support Professional with 4 years of school administration experience, plus training in Information Technology (Technical Support) and full stack development. I bring strong administration, customer support, records management, scheduling, and clear communication—so teams can run smoothly every day.

In my current role as a School Administrator, I manage office operations, scheduling, reporting, document preparation, and administrative coordination. I also enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and improving workflows using AI-assisted productivity tools, while building toward my BEd in Intermediate Phase (Teaching).
