I built Confana, a no-code AI automation platform where businesses can create agents that use tools and carry out real-world tasks. It combines voice AI in English and Ghanaian languages with browser automation and customer support across WhatsApp, Telegram, and the web.

At Ghana NLP, I fine-tuned and benchmarked LLMs, contributed to model-training pipelines, and co-authored research papers and open-source NLP datasets. I currently facilitate backend development training at the Department of Computer Science, University of Cape Coast, covering REST APIs, authentication, and database modeling through hands-on work.
