I've led day-to-day factory operations at Light Culture, supervising up to five staff while managing inventory, quality control, dispatch, and contract timeframes.

Previously, I organised and managed major events for Rent-a-Tent across Australia, including Splendour in the Grass, CMC Rocks Festival, Falls Festival, Birdsville Races, and Summernats. I coordinated logistics and transport, managed on-site setup, guest check-in and pack-up, and worked closely with organisers, security, police, artists, and customers to resolve issues.

At Brian Hilton Motor Group, I was the sole service advisor at the Woy Woy branch, maintaining Toyota and Kia customer satisfaction survey results of at least 93% and 95% respectively. I managed customer requirements, service quoting, parts availability, warranty claims, complaints, fleet relationships, and vehicle drop-offs and pickups.

I've also worked in electrical sales at Harvey Norman, where I met customer and store targets through product advice, negotiation, delivery coordination, and upselling. I bring practical leadership, planning, communication, conflict management, and problem-solving skills developed across logistics, automotive, retail, and events.
