I’m a creative, client-centered operations specialist with experience supporting creative studios through smooth day-to-day processes, strong client communication, and dependable service delivery. I combine multimedia production and creative direction with operational discipline—so projects don’t just look great, they run efficiently and land with real impact.
At KRASH Studio, I manage client accounts and coordinate operational processes to keep work moving and clients satisfied. I’ve also handled back-office inventory records, monitored stock, and maintained accurate documentation and operational reports, and I’ve supported customers through front desk operations—managing inquiries, scheduling, and customer support.
My creative foundation is equally hands-on: I’ve built performance and production experience as an RnB singer/songwriter with a local artist collective and as a recording artist with a major label, collaborating on songwriting and production and performing for high-profile venues. I also bring a service mindset from my Caregiver NC II training, which strengthens my empathy, adaptability, and commitment to people-first work, whether I’m collaborating with artists, clients, or cross-functional teams.
