I’ve built my career across customer-facing lending, business operations, and construction estimating, and I bring that same management-focused mindset to every workflow I touch. I’m at my best helping teams operate well—organizing people and details, setting clear next steps, and maintaining momentum.

In my mortgage work, I reviewed 5,000+ mortgage applications tied to $1B+ in funded loan volume, sharpening how I evaluate priorities quickly and communicate clearly with clients. At Modern Lending, I managed high-volume documentation review and supported internal decisions tied directly to borrower eligibility, income, credit, and loan requirements.

As the Co-Founder of Active Lending, I started from the ground up and supported roughly $70M in mortgage loan volume. I built operating workflows across application intake, qualification, escrow coordination, documentation, and project follow-through—so teams could stay consistent, accountability-driven, and fast under pressure.

I also bring construction bid/proposal execution into the mix: I coordinated bids, proposals, pricing, contractor communication, and project paperwork, then organized details from bid development through completion. Known for moving work from intake to completion with clear timelines and documentation discipline, I’m looking for a company I can plant roots in and help scale through hard work and team-first follow-through.
