What I'm looking for

I'm seeking international remote opportunities in technical support, IT support, SaaS or product support, customer support, customer success, or operations.

I've delivered onsite IT support, hardware diagnostics, and full-system repairs for education and enterprise clients through JB Hi-Fi Education, Datacom, Unisys, and Mac1. I work across Apple, Lenovo, HP, and Dell environments, resolving incidents quickly while maintaining SLA compliance and strong client relationships.

At Datacom, I managed technical support and client relationships for 15 private school and institutional clients, completing 7–15 complex repairs daily across distributed locations. I also trained and onboarded field technicians to improve regional service consistency.

I've also built and operated my own mobile computer repair consultancy, supporting SMBs and residential users with troubleshooting, upgrades, disaster recovery, and network configuration across Mac and Windows systems. I'm based in Kobe and available for international remote work.
