At ArisGlobal LLC, I support Japanese customers using LifeSphere applications by investigating incident and service-request tickets, checking data and system configurations, and helping move issues toward resolution.
At ALTEN Japan Co., Ltd., I supported customers using a pharmaceutical system and used tools including JIRA, Datadog, AWS, and Jenkins to investigate reported issues. I also wrote and unit-tested a C# command-line patch for an insurance system to read and write Excel files with predetermined calculations.
At DHR Group Co., Ltd., I developed an in-house homepage with payment processing, a Windows application for local-store information, and an AR navigation application for iOS and Android.
Earlier, I provided IT support at a computer repair shop and a district Governor's office, maintaining computers, networks, and hardware. At the Governor's office, I also built an in-house application using C# and .NET Framework to support internal work and residents.
