I’m a finance & administrative professional and retail leader with 9+ years of experience in customer service, team leadership, and sales management. I bring a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, plus certification as a Certified Notary Public, and I focus on performance management, compliance, and practical branch growth.

In my current role as a Hertz MIT-BRANCH MANAGER, I develop and implement location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue management, while coaching and mentoring branch staff and supporting resolutions for customer service issues. Previously at PNC, I worked as a branch and sales representative—opening new accounts, processing loan applications, depositing checks, updating customer records, and protecting against fraud—by partnering with teammates to ensure customer needs were handled promptly.
