I am an IT Support Specialist and Web Developer who delivers user-focused, high-performance technical solutions. I combine hands-on troubleshooting with front-end development to reduce downtime and improve user experience.

In my role at Patsua.com I diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, and network issues, provided remote and on-site assistance, and maintained software and security updates to ensure system reliability. I also documented recurring issues and created user-friendly guides to boost operational efficiency.

As a freelance web developer I designed and implemented responsive websites using HTML5 and CSS3, added JavaScript interactivity, optimized performance for faster load times, and wrote SQL queries to improve client database efficiency. I collaborated closely with clients to deliver custom designs aligned with their goals.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science at Georgian National University (SEU) and bring strong communication, problem-solving skills, and practical experience across Windows and Linux systems, Python, and common productivity tools.
