What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support users, investigate technical issues, improve digital products, and use my web-development knowledge to make systems easier to understand and use.

I've supported customers and day-to-day technical operations at Tsre Coworking, resolving access-system and digital-service issues while managing bookings, schedules, invoices, suppliers, and requests.

I tested the company app from a user perspective, identified functional issues, and communicated findings to the relevant team.

At Kitware Europe, I built and shipped a responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript interface for a technical 3D visualization product. I worked with the product team to make complex functionality understandable for non-specialist users and resolved cross-browser rendering issues.
