In my remote technical support role with Shopify Ecosystem, I managed written customer requests, coordinated with technical teams, and documented findings in more than 10 knowledge-base articles and troubleshooting guides. I’m a Mechanical Engineer and current Software Development student seeking a part-time remote role supporting crew travel and flight operations.
