Jesús Gutiérrez

I’m an aeronautical engineer with extensive government contracting experience, supporting quotations, spare parts procurement, maintenance services, and the management of technical training for pilots and personnel in the Colombian, Chilean, and Peruvian Armed Forces. My work is defined by organization, teamwork, and a constant focus on improving process efficiency.

Most recently, I served as a Retentions Supervisor at Teleperformance Colombia, leading teams of 12 to 20 to meet performance indicators for international telecommunications clients and helping drive improvement plans across operations involving up to 120 people. Previously at Aerotecnica S.A.S., I handled quotations, bidding, and contracts through state platforms including SECOP II, ACFFAA, SAM.gov, ChileCompra Mercado Público, and COMPR.AR.

I also contributed to an aeronautical parts inventory database with more than a thousand part numbers, supported UH-60 helicopter maintenance management for the Colombian National Army, and led the Occupational Health and Safety Management System during bidding processes. I bring strong technical and analytical skills (MatLab, Tableau/PowerBI fundamentals, SQL) plus advanced document translation and real-time interpreting to support administrative and managerial work.
