Simon Restrepo Rueda

I’m a Commercial Pilot with a strong foundation in communication and teamwork. I’m known for being resilient, proactive, and results-oriented, and I bring that same energy to every operational challenge.

As a CTeI project leader, I’ve supported day-to-day operations while serving as an administrative assistant. More recently, I’ve worked as an Operations Director and MAN Production and logistics operator, coordinating humanitarian activities in Búsqueda y Rescate aeronáutico de Colombia - BRAC.

I care deeply about safety and preparedness. I’m trained in Safety Management System - SMS, and I’ve completed Stop the Bleed and Basic Life Support (BRAC), plus an international seminar focused on prevention and investigation of soft skills accidents aéreos.

I’m looking to contribute my aviation background and operational mindset to roles where safety, coordination, and logistics make a real impact. I aim to help teams run smoothly under pressure—staying organized, adaptable, and accountable.
