What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build critical business platforms that combine architecture with hands-on execution, particularly in automation, data engineering, AI, contact center operations, and scalable, compliant regional systems.

I've led Gestonadora de Créditos' regional collections technology ecosystem across nine countries, evolving its ASP.NET/.NET/C# core platform alongside live call center operations. I integrated Issabel/Asterisk, automated WhatsApp, email, SMS, and voice campaigns, and applied AI to call analysis, payment-intent assessment, and message generation.

I've also designed regional databases, data pipelines with Apache Airflow, SQL Server, Parquet, Spark, and PostgreSQL, plus executive dashboards and production infrastructure. I combine enterprise architecture with hands-on delivery, emphasizing compliance, operational continuity, scalability, and ROI while leading a six-person development team.
