Architected and built an enterprise software suite with service-oriented and event-driven architectures. Developed .NET services and CI/CD pipelines, and worked across .NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server/Entity Framework, and cloud/serverless components.

Built and maintained front-end components for a sportsbook affiliate reporting system, including dashboards and related tools. Developed reusable AngularJS 1.x components for real-time affiliate reporting features and refactored legacy code for improved responsiveness and maintainability.

Provided technical customer service support for the AT&T DirecTV account.

Led end-to-end design, development, testing, and delivery of MBACase, a full-featured ERP web application. Implemented responsive interfaces and secure C# JSON web APIs (JWT), and executed test plans using TFS.

Served as a tech lead on the Veeva iRep CLM platform for Novartis’ Global Business Services team. Led operations mobilization from Costa Rica to India and received an Innovator Award for reducing development costs by 70%.
