I analyzed 20 App Store reviews for my BECU Mobile App Redesign case study, identifying account navigation and deposit status visibility as recurring pain points.

I benchmarked information architecture across competing mobile banking apps, then redesigned the app’s information architecture to surface account balances on the home screen. I also built an interactive Figma prototype of the app flow.
