Led end-to-end delivery of the Product Trending improvement project, designing Power BI dashboards for 150+ global users and developing SQL queries in Snowflake. Collaborated with IT to implement a ServiceNow intake form and supported audits and regulatory inspections.
Built and maintained SmartSolve reports for global complaint teams, automated weekly performance metrics using Excel, and conducted root cause analysis. Participated in UAT for a new complaint management system and supported audits and regulatory inspections.
Processed and classified product complaints, performed reportability assessments using FDA and EU decision trees, and prepared MDR and MIR submissions. Reviewed complaint documentation for regulatory compliance.
