I’m looking for a role where I can support solution delivery and IT service operations, analyze operational data to drive process improvements, and collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, reliable services.

I’m a Industrial and Systems Engineer from Monterrey, Mexico.

Previously, I worked as an IT Service Specialist at Tecnológico de Monterrey, supporting students, faculty, and staff with service management and maintaining digital platforms. I also contributed as a Project Administrative Assistant at Stark Kit by organizing project information, reports, and documentation, and I hold a Six Sigma Green Belt to strengthen my analytical, process-improvement mindset.
