At the U.S. Department of State’s Consular Agency in Mazatlán, I serve as the primary IT point of contact and coordinate software installations, deployments, and issue resolution. I also support U.S. citizens through consular services and coordinate sensitive, high-priority cases.
At the U.S. Department of State’s American Embassy in Mexico City, I led an enterprise software replacement initiative from requirements gathering through implementation and training. I also introduced approved AutoHotkey scripts that reduced visa processing time by 20% and increased processing capacity by approximately 25%.
To make Consular workflows more efficient, I helped standardize processes and create a centralized HTML resource hub, saving an estimated 40 staff hours per week. As Deputy Team Leader, I supervised five employees and coordinated operational and administrative work.
Earlier, I led a six-person Help Desk team at Teleperformance Nearshore and supported enterprise IT operations at Trisigma Tecnología and CT Internacional, S.A. de C.V. My work has included IT service management, technology implementation, business process improvement, and business continuity.
