At Lenovo, I lead seven fulfillment analysts supporting North American order-to-delivery execution, manage a roughly $100M quarterly backlog, and turn forecast, configuration, capacity, and supply data into ship-date commitments for renewal-critical accounts. I redesigned our internal-customer workflow, improving 24-hour response rates from 50% to 85%.
I've led Lenovo's Salesforce-to-Microsoft Dynamics migration from requirements through dashboards, training, and post-launch data validation, and I now support the SAP S/4HANA cutover for North America order management.
