At OXXO Peru, I own end-to-end FP&A reporting for a 214-store retail network with approximately $90M USD in annual revenue, delivering P&L, working capital, CapEx, and free cash flow insights to the Board and headquarters in Mexico. I built BIINF in Power BI, replacing an outsourced solution and eliminating approximately $100K USD in annual costs.

Previously at La Positiva Seguros, I led annual budgeting, produced Board-level P&L reporting, managed a team, and supported the company’s first subordinated bond program, achieving a $100M USD capital-markets placement. At Financiera Oh!, I led budgeting and monthly close, developed profitability models in Tableau, and partnered on a deposit-based funding strategy.

I bring more than eight years of experience across retail, insurance, finance, and real estate, turning forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and financial data into practical strategic actions. I work with Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, VBA, and financial modeling to give leadership real-time decision-making visibility.
