I've led finance, planning, and control for Rainbow–Solandina, Medinet, Unilabs, IXM, DIRECTV Peru, and TALSA across agribusiness, healthcare, trading, and telecommunications. I turn financial data into practical decisions on profitability, pricing, cash flow, and performance.

At Rainbow–Solandina, I built BI dashboards, profitability KPIs, and automated HQ reporting, improving reporting turnaround by 20% and reimbursement turnaround by 30%. At Medinet, I strengthened controls, reduced debt-to-equity from 4x to 2x, and secured S/1M in financing amid constrained credit.
