Guillermo Huapaya

Finance Analyst specializing in business finance and management control, turning SAP/Excel/Power BI data into executive insights.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Finance Analyst with experience in business finance and management control, specializing in producing financial and commercial information that supports decision-making. I actively participate in forecasting processes and Budget vs. Actual tracking, and I help prepare monthly close and executive reporting for management.
In my current role at INNOMOTICS, I support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts across four business units and central costs. I prepare executive reports for local and regional management to identify relevant variances in sales, costs, and expenses, and I contribute to reliable monthly close validation, order review, and cost/expense tracking.
I’m known for cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Accounting, and Operations to ensure consistent financial and commercial information. I build consolidated management dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SAP data, and I also bring process improvement experience—automating indicator reporting (with Excel macros) to reduce operational workload by ~40%.
