With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and warehousing, I have honed my expertise in Continuous Improvement and Quality. My background includes a strong emphasis on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, where I have successfully led numerous Kaizen events resulting in significant cost savings exceeding $10 million. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring teams on Lean principles, ensuring that organizations not only meet but exceed their operational goals.
