I’m a finance leader with an MBA and extensive experience driving financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operating budgets across large organizations and fast-moving environments. In my current role as Director of Finance & Administration, I supervise daily operations across Accounting, Member Services, Events, Training, and Front desk, while owning quarterly membership dues billing and ensuring every financial transaction aligns with company and state policies.

I bring a strong track record of building capability and modernizing processes—re-structuring the Accounting department, expanding roles, and leading training and onboarding for new hires. I oversee periodic financial reports and collaborate with committees on annual operating budget development, and I provide guidance to the Board of Directors on financial process decisions.

Earlier, I served as a Revenue & Budget Supervisor for the City of Culver City and as a Finance Business Partner and Finance Director/Consultant across entertainment and technology companies (including The Walt Disney Company, Sony Pictures Entertainment, NBC Universal, and IBM). I’ve consolidated month-end close materials at scale (e.g., $2B annual revenue), led variance and pipeline analysis with executives, managed forecast revisions (including Salesforce and SAP S/4Hana), and partnered cross-functionally to deliver metrics that leaders can act on.
