I’m an FP&A professional with 15+ years of experience owning consolidated financial forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting across multi-entity, multi-property organizations. I’ve built and maintained complex financial models for full P&L cycles, variance analysis, and cash flow projections, then translated the outputs into executive-ready reporting that drives action.

In my current and recent roles, I’ve led annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting across 12+ locations and 1M+ sq ft of assets, producing monthly budget-to-actual P&L reports with detailed variance analysis. I developed automated revenue modeling tools and monthly flash reporting frameworks that use early operational and financial indicators to estimate KPIs prior to full accounting close.

I’m especially proud of how I bring clarity to leadership through KPI dashboard development and management reporting packages—integrating operational and financial signals into decision-ready narratives. I partner cross-functionally with senior leadership to improve forecast accuracy, reduce manual effort, and strengthen model integrity across business units.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Director, leading studio client relations work that included financial feasibility analyses, multi-year pro forma budgeting, and executive reporting for capital allocation decisions. Before that, I owned full P&L for a 28-acre production facility, supervised cross-functional teams, established financial SOPs for accuracy and compliance, and managed contract and vendor agreements with direct financial impact.
