At Swovo (formerly Flatirons Development), I led the People & Culture function end-to-end for a distributed LATAM team. I built HR policies and procedures and managed contracts and documentation across jurisdictions.
I designed and ran performance reviews, role-based KPIs, 1:1 frameworks, and performance improvement plans. I also built a structured onboarding program, using Zapier to automate account setup, document requests, and welcome communications.
I helped design and build an in-house applicant tracking system with the engineering team, defining hiring stages, workflows, and reporting. Before Swovo, I recruited software engineers and other IT professionals for companies in the Netherlands, Germany, Colombia, and Argentina.
