What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead commercially pragmatic legal, contracts, and compliance work for technology businesses, partnering with Sales, Product, Deal Desk, Security, Privacy, and Finance to accelerate complex cross-border growth while managing risk.

At Thomson Reuters, I enable revenue growth across software, SaaS, AI, data licensing, and digital products by negotiating complex commercial agreements and balancing legal risk with practical business decisions.

Previously at TD SYNNEX Europe, I led high-volume EMEA contracting for technology distributor relationships including Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, and Google. I strengthened CLM controls through DocuSign and LinkSquares, introduced SaaS playbooks, and embedded privacy, cybersecurity, and AI requirements into commercial processes.

Across EU, LATAM, and Caribbean programs, I've built contracts functions, delivered GDPR and DPO services, led regional compliance programs, and recovered more than USD 30M in receivables. I bring hands-on leadership of legal teams and a commercially pragmatic approach to complex cross-border deals.
