I've advised businesses on contracts, compliance, tax, and corporate matters across Feedzai, NORS Group, and Portuguese law firms. At Feedzai, I served as Sales' first point of contact for NDA negotiations and supported SaaS contracts, MSLAs, and Ironclad implementation.

I've drafted and negotiated contracts, corporate documents, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements, while representing clients in tax litigation and arbitration. My work has also included business purchase and sale structuring, corporate restructurings, regulatory monitoring, and risk mitigation.

More recently, I brought legal structure to customer-facing teams at Tradler, creating and reviewing commercial contract templates while coordinating onboarding for major accounts. I'm returning to in-house legal practice ready to contribute practical contract, compliance, and stakeholder-management support.
