EMEA GLN co-lead for Agency Resale, overseeing a team of 8 lawyers in Romania and managing EMEA legal requests for vendor and client resale agreements. Trains and mentors new joiners, provides escalation support, and has reviewed 800+ contracts including oversight of Project Warp (Google reseller acquisition in Germany and Switzerland).

Supported Accenture’s EMEA Ecosystems business teams in resale transactions by providing guidance on deal-shaping and subject matter expertise for agency resale agreements. Conducted independent drafting, review, and negotiation of complex resale agreements (including NDAs and renewals/amendments) and supported template and training material development.

Conducted contract and license management alongside business process review, including stakeholder communication across OMV global operations. Oversaw RFQ/RFP processes for replacement of printing services across OMV locations and performed complex contract reviews for strategic IT vendor renewals.

Handled key-customer contract management and served as a dedicated contract manager for an outsourcing agreement covering maintenance and operations for a major telecommunications operator in Romania. Negotiated and revised penalty calculations tied to failure to meet committed KPIs, with estimated savings of 150k EUR.

Led end-to-end contractual negotiation processes for Vodafone client telecommunications contracts and managed the approval process, timelines, and KPIs for contract changes. Ensured appropriate stakeholder involvement for decisions related to commercial risk areas such as Marketing, Sales, and Pricing.

Pursuing a Master’s degree in Paralegal Management with a focus on management and business communication.

Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Law at the Academy of Economic Studies.
