I've supported operations at Smurfit Westrock across customer service, dispatch, internal controls, project implementation, and cost analysis. I coordinate teams, track orders and KPIs, maintain reliable records, and improve processes across production environments.

As Project Implementation Lead, I led implementation activities across four production plants, coordinating cross-functional teams, training users and vendors, validating data, and supporting go-live stabilization. I also developed an order-tracking tool that improved operational visibility and follow-up.

In cost and internal-control roles, I analyzed profitability, inventories, reconciliations, SOX controls, EBITDA estimates, and financial reporting to support management decisions. I now coordinate internal control activities, process reviews, risk action plans, documentation, and inventory traceability at Spiroductos SAS.

I'm a Production Engineer with a master's degree in Project Management and Organization, advanced Excel skills, and experience using SAP, Salesforce, SIESA Enterprise, OMP, and corporate ERP systems.
