What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue driving efficient operations—owning workflows, procurement, and accounts receivable—while using reporting and profitability insights to support executive decisions and revenue growth.

I’m a proactive operations and administrative professional managing business functions end to end—coordinating workflows, supporting decision-making, and keeping day-to-day operations efficient in a food distribution company.

As a Business Operations Manager (Sama Distribuciones SAS, 2021–Present), I optimize daily operations across departments, manage supplier and vendor relationships, and drive procurement activities to ensure seamless service delivery.

I lead full-cycle accounts receivable, including billing and invoicing, and maintain rigorous financial records using Siigo accounting software. I also spearhead profitability analysis and sales performance monitoring to deliver actionable data for executive pricing decisions and revenue optimization.

I streamline reporting and operational documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and create professional marketing and business documentation with Canva. I bring strong organizational skills, process optimization, and a practical, data-informed approach to every operational challenge.
