I've supported Consolata Hospital in Nyeri since 2019, managing medical billing, insurance claims, revenue-cycle activities, and patient payment records.

I process and follow up on IP and OP claims, SHA registrations, invoice submissions, smart card payments, preauthorizations, refunds, and outstanding insurance accounts. I also coordinate with providers and hospital departments to resolve claim discrepancies and support debt recovery.

I contribute to internal audits through transaction verification, reconciliation, compliance checks, and organized financial documentation. I handle sensitive patient, insurance, and financial information carefully and maintain accurate digital and physical records.

Previously, as School Bursar at Kimuri Secondary School, I prepared trial balances and financial statements, processed payroll, managed banking and petty cash, and maintained inventory and audit records. I'm looking to bring my finance, administrative, healthcare support, and virtual-assistance experience to efficient onsite or remote teams.
