What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my guest-focused customer service and communication strengths, support daily operations, and help drive results through organized follow-ups and lead generation.

I’m a hospitality-focused professional with hands-on experience across guest services, front-desk support, and guest-facing operations, along with remote sales support. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, and I bring a dependable, results-oriented approach to every interaction.

In my Guest Services OJT at Bai Hotel (Cebu City), I supported daily front desk operations, handled guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and assisted with check-in/check-out and reservation coordination. I also organized administrative documents and consistently delivered friendly, professional service. I was recognized and commended three times for outstanding performance and contribution to guest satisfaction.

My background also strengthened my customer service and communication in fast-paced environments. As a Waitress OJT at Lex Hotel, I supported Food & Beverage operations, including order taking, table service, and presentation, while learning wine service and basic upselling. Earlier roles—including courtesy clerk, cashier, and a resort shop position—built my accuracy, cleanliness standards, and confidence advising guests, facilitating bookings, and ensuring safety briefings while using POS systems.

Most recently, as a Virtual Assistant at Rapid Assistants PH, I conducted high-volume outbound cold calls using CallTools to generate leads and qualify prospects. I adapted sales messaging in real time, logged outcomes in CRM/POS systems, scheduled appointments, and handed off qualified leads to the sales team—consistently meeting daily call quotas. I’m looking for a role where I can apply strong customer engagement, organization, and sales follow-through to help both guests and the team succeed.
