Seeking operations, customer support , or data analyst roles where I can own real problems — fixing inefficiencies, negotiating deals, managing stakeholder relationships. Experience across Ghana and Francophone West Africa; open to remote/hybrid, cross-border teams. Long-term, building toward senior analyst, risk, or strategy roles.

I'm an operations, risk, and business development professional with 3+ years of cross-functional experience, most of it gained in the fast-paced downstream energy sector across Ghana and Francophone West Africa. That environment taught me to work fast and accurately under pressure — skills I'm now looking to apply more broadly.

I've built several tools that solved real operational problems: a real-time Excel loading tracker that eliminated product overselling across multiple depots, and a demurrage cost-tracking tool that helped predict and reduce unnecessary expenses. On the risk and compliance side, I've reviewed contracts, verified supplier invoices, and run KYC due diligence to catch fraud before it became a problem. I've also negotiated high-stakes deals under pressure — including a below-market purchase during a supply shortage that let a business unit resume sales and protect margins immediately.

I have direct experience managing cross-border relationships: during a secondment in Abidjan, I handled contractual negotiations and maintained relationships with strategic stakeholders including a refinery and a national oil company, while producing market intelligence that improved competitiveness on tenders. Earlier in my career, I led project coordination work end-to-end — budgets, logistics, and volunteer teams — for a financial literacy program reaching 400+ students, managing a team of 30+ volunteers along the way.

I'm bilingual in English and French, comfortable in Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and based in Ghana. I'm looking for roles in operations, project coordination, business development, or data analysis — ideally with room for cross-border or international work.
