I've built trading, payments, and on-chain banking products from zero to one, including UR, Bybit C2C, Bybit Pay, and a B2B FX RFQ system.
At UR, I lead the front-end team and established the technical and business foundations for a new on-chain banking brand. I integrated fiat services with partners including Bybit, Ethena, Bitget, and MEXC.
During more than six years at Bybit, I led front-end teams across spot and derivatives, P2P, Pay, Card, and investment products. I built low-code back-office capabilities for fiat, risk, and compliance; improved derivatives local load-test performance by about 75%; and improved core API response times by more than 30% through cross-origin governance.
I'm also exploring Agent Pay, agentic CI/CD, Spec-Driven Development, multi-agent collaboration, acquisition-channel optimization, and agentic risk and compliance workflows.
