At Symplast, I lead end-to-end healthcare data migrations into a HIPAA-compliant EHR and Practice Management platform. I manage discovery, validation, mapping, import, and go-live while serving as the primary client contact.
I use SQL, Excel, and scripting to validate datasets, identify duplicates and missing data, and define field-level mappings from legacy systems. I coordinate closely with Data Engineering and Technical Onboarding teams and track migration quality, SLA adherence, rework, risks, and deliverables.
Previously, I built analytics dashboards and automated ETL processes for Buenos Aires City Government, using Python, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, and Google Sheets. I also supported platform integrations, APIs, JSON-based forms, client training, and technical troubleshooting across healthcare and data-focused teams.
