At H&CO., I run US multi-state payroll for a portfolio of 70+ companies led by Portuguese-speaking business owners with US operations. I process payroll in ADP RUN, audit hours and pay rates, and resolve state tax notices and compliance issues.

At VTEX, I ran equity payroll for employees in 18 countries, calculating taxable income and coordinating payroll integration with regional teams and providers. I also took part in automating currency conversion and file preparation with the engineering team; the process dropped from 8 hours to 3–4, and manual reconciliation time fell by about 80%.

At Dell Technologies, I led the LATAM Payment Matching Tool implementation across 8 countries, reducing processing time by 70% and manual errors by 99%. I approach payroll by reconciling and documenting everything, while automating what repeats, and I'm currently studying for the Fundamental Payroll Certification.
