I am a healthcare professional with 11+ years of experience across clinical operations, oncology services, healthcare management, and medical-commercial roles within private healthcare environments. I combine hands-on clinical expertise with operational leadership to deliver safe, patient-centered oncology services.

I led the design, implementation, and operational management of a Chemotherapy Treatment Unit, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and improving operational efficiency, patient experience, and service sustainability. I have experience training clinical staff in chemotherapy administration, cytostatic drug preparation, and patient safety protocols.

In commercial and advisory roles, I provided technical and commercial support for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and surgical supplies, conducting product demonstrations, clinical education, and procurement support for private clinics and hospitals.
