I'm improving nursing standards and staff development at Clínica Santiago de León and Policlínica Metropolitana in Caracas. I create evidence-based protocols, competency tools, and performance evaluation systems that support quality, safety, and structured professional growth.

At Policlínica Metropolitana, I assessed nursing workflows and clinical processes to identify gaps in standardization and patient safety. I designed a merit-based evaluation system integrating 360° assessment and advised nursing leadership on care delivery optimization.

Previously, I provided emergency, ICU, inpatient, and postpartum care at Clínica San Miguel, including triage, high-alert medication administration, IV therapy, chemotherapy administration, EHR documentation, and patient and family education.

I'm a BSN graduate of the University of Navarra with active RN licenses in Montana and Spain. My clinical training spans psychiatric care, PACU, adult ICU, postoperative care, general surgery, postpartum care, hematologic oncology, and primary care.
