What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a tourism or hospitality company where I can contribute my customer service experience and continue developing in reception, front desk, reservations, guest service, customer service, or operations. I’m also interested in managing social media for businesses.

At GIMNASIO BIENESTAR PILATES, I handled front desk and customer service, responding to in-person and phone inquiries and coordinating appointments. I also managed payments and updated client information.

I managed the business’s Instagram and TikTok, answered digital inquiries, and created and published content. I’m currently studying Tourism and Hospitality at Universidad de Belgrano and completed a Community Manager course.
