What I'm looking for

I am seeking an administrative or customer-facing role where I can apply Excel expertise, improve processes, and grow toward legal or office-management responsibilities.

I am a second-year Law School student at the National University of Córdoba with hands-on administrative and customer-service experience in fast-paced settings.

As receptionist/administrator at Gym IFAO (2021–2025) I managed internal collections, administered payments for personal trainers, and maintained automated records and internal reports using Excel, including basic formulas, filters, pivot tables and customized templates to ensure transparency and efficient cash closings.

I also worked as a sales agent at TravelPass, handling phone-based customer support, persuasion and objection management to secure sales; I am proactive, solution-oriented, and have C1-level English for sustained conversations.
