I directed the product roadmap and development lifecycle for CaptureAge Definitive Edition across 14 releases, translating stakeholder needs, usage data, and user feedback into actionable project goals.

Before that, I scaled a Twitch channel to partner level, reaching 140k+ unique viewers through high-quality broadcasts. I also organized and hosted 6 professional eSport tournaments, securing official Microsoft sponsorship for one, while managing livestream tool setup, asset creation, and community moderation.

I’m now expanding into full-stack development to strengthen my technical understanding alongside my management expertise. I combine Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), OKR goal-setting, and AI-driven workflows with tools like Jira/Confluence and ClickUp to optimize processes, mitigate risk, and improve efficiency and predictability.
