What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can build onboarding and training programs, improve workflows with clear documentation, and partner across teams to reduce time-to-productivity while keeping customer experience consistent and measurable.

I’m a customer-facing operations and enablement professional with experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, and Training & Knowledge in international environments. My background combines customer support, onboarding, operational training, and knowledge management to help teams and customers navigate complexity through clear, structured processes.

In my current role as a Training Specialist, I built onboarding playbooks and structured training materials for Customer Service and Operations teams, helping new hires ramp faster and reducing time-to-productivity from 8 to 5 weeks. I map operational workflows, create SOPs and process guides, and keep internal documentation clear and reliable.

I also manage and organize the Confluence knowledge base to reduce dependency on live support for operational questions. During transitions, I’ve acted as a Temporary Team Lead for a team of 3 analysts, maintaining operational consistency and queue performance.

Previously, I supported customers end-to-end in high-volume document and travel-related processes using Zendesk and internal CRM systems, and I contributed to process improvement by identifying recurring operational challenges. Earlier roles included Sales Operations Analyst support for B2B licensing workflows and an Operations Manager & Co-Founder experience where I built and standardized logistics, inventory, and customer service processes.
