I’m a Strategic Healthcare Operations Manager with a proven ability to optimize patient journey experiences, clinic workflows, and financial sustainability. I lead digital transformation initiatives, including telehealth platforms, digital patient engagement tools, and workflow automation, backed by data-driven decision-making and KPI-driven operations.

In my current role as Clinic Operations Manager at Dasman Dental Center, I improved schedule efficiency by implementing a follow-up & recall system, reduced missed appointments by 24%, increased treatment acceptance to 59%, and generated 22.2% of total revenue through patient reactivation initiatives. I also build SOPs, train teams, streamline financial planning with accounting, and implement digital solutions such as inventory tracking, digital loyalty, and chatbot-based communication.
