At EPAM Systems, I support technology recruitment across Latin America, sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews and offers, and onboarding new talent. I recruit for data, technology, and development profiles, including developers, architects, network specialists, and management roles.
Previously at Badico Cloud Engineer, I led end-to-end hiring for UX/UI, Java, Swift, Go, and React roles. I managed a UX/UI trainee process with more than 400 candidates and introduced resume-screening filters that reduced selection time by two weeks.
My earlier HR and administrative work involved high-volume recruitment of up to 200 candidates per cycle, documentation, and process modernization. As a Computer Science student with a technical background in Computer Networks, I bring a practical eye for evaluating technical candidates.
