At Target Work, I work across six production products, including GetYourLicense, ZipCRM, and ZipCondomínio. I cut the open time for 18 MB study-guide PDFs from 20–30 seconds to under one second by adding progressive rendering and a persistent cache.
I also closed a cross-tenant data exposure flaw in a NestJS API and diagnosed a React Native app freeze using a heap snapshot and the React DevTools Profiler. For LMS subscription reactivation, I redesigned the .NET 8 flow with Dapper and PostgreSQL.
I led the frontend and API development of a multi-brand CRM from scratch, with the test suite reaching 961 passing tests. At FBBN Imóveis, I’m splitting the product into a public Next.js site and a separate admin panel while leading a backend migration from DynamoDB to PostgreSQL.
